Shop TechnicianThe Shop Technician is primarily responsible for the general administration and disbursement of the company's rental tool inventory. In addition to this primary responsibility, the Shop Technician may be called on to aid the Shop Mechanics and Truck Drivers in their efforts to support the workover rigs and crews in the field and maintain the equipment when it comes to the yard.
The Shop Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Rig MechanicTEC's Longview facility is looking for an experienced Oil & Gas Rig Mechanic to assist in the continued achievement of their goals. A Rig Mechanic has a wide range of responsibilities, primarily involved with API RP 4G and 8B Category IV refurbishment of work over rigs and their components. Refurb well servicing rigs: Workover/Pulling Units and Swab Rigs
• Mud Pumps and Tanks
• Power Swivels
• Hydraulic Powered Catwalks and Trailers
• Laydown Machines
1. Teardown and Assemble of equipment scheduled for re-certification.
2. Typical schedule will be M-F 7:00am - 5:00pm. Weekend work and/or work outside of normal working hours will be required at various times.
1. High School graduate preferred.
2. Cell Phone or telephone at residence.
3. Dependable transportation.
4. Valid State issued driver's license with acceptable MVR, CDL preferred.
5. Previous verifiable oilfield mechanic experience
6. Needs to be proficient with DC electrical and hydraulics as well

FloorhandA very brief description of a floorhand's primary responsible is working on a workover rig and/or working on the yard. When a floorhand is not needed on a rig his responsibilities are but not limited to working on the yard which consist of general upkeep and cleaning of all yard and shop facilities and offices.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $10 without experience. If an applicant has 6mths or more experience in this position the current hourly rate is very competitive in the industry. All applicants must have a valid Driver License with clear MVR.
DerrickmanThis position primarily responsible for working on a workover rig in a derrick above the ground approximently 50'-105' feet. This position is also considered a lead hand within a rig crew.
When a derrickman is not needed on a rig his responsibilities are but not limited to working on the yard which consist of general upkeep and cleaning of all yard and shop facilities and offices.To apply for this position the applicant must have prior experience and a valid Driver License with clear MVR.
Relief Rig Supervisor (Operator)A relief position fills in for the normally assigned Rig Supervisor/Operator when absent. This position requires the same years of on the job experience, having the knowledge to supervise the crew in the operation of the rig, the work performed on the well and documenting daily activities in an efficient and professional manner as a Rig Supervisor/Operator. This position includes but not limited to having a class B-CDL Drivers License.
Rig Supervisor (Operator)This position requires but not limited to having years of on the job experience, knowledge to supervise the crew in the operation of the rig, the work performed on the well and documenting daily activities in an efficient and professional manner. A class B-CDL Drivers License with clear MVR is required for this position.

A High Pressure Pump Truck Operator has a wealth of knowledge dealing with high pressure pumping operations. Knowledge is not limited to operations but would also include mechanical.
