Health and Safety Performance Indicators

TEC Well Service will provide its customers with safe, dependable, and professional oil well workover and completion services. TEC will deliver Total Customer Value to its customers and exceed their expectations in a well servicing contractor and be a solution to their well servicing problems.

TEC has been a sustaining member of the Association of Energy Service Companies (AESC) since 1985.  AESC members include companies that provide products and services to the oil and gas industry, including manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and other companies supporting energy service providers.  The AESC has Awarded TEC for Exemplary Safety Performance more than a dozen times over the years.
TEC is also a participating member of PEC Premier and ISNetworld since 2004. PEC and ISN collects safety, procurement, sustainability, quality and regulatory information from Contractors, verifies its accuracy, and then reports the results in an easy-to-follow format. This allows Operators to select those resources that best meet internal and governmental requirements, while providing Contractors the opportunity to centralize their information.

For example, ISN Clients' provided grades based on their requirements for TEC below:

However, PEC has taken this service one step further. PEC recognized that in the Oil and Gas Industry, Operators share a common Contractor workforce. After years of requiring Contractors to complete separate but very similar safety orientations for each Operator, a group of Operators came together to create a standard safety orientation that would be accepted by each of them, thus saving time and resources. In 2005, SafeLandUSA Advisory Group (SLAG) was formed to develop and implement the SafeLandUSA Orientation. TEC has been providing SafeLandUSA Training for each employee since 2005.
