Our employees’ Safety performance and Experience Modifier Rate (EMR) has been recognized more than a dozen times by the Association of Energy Service Companies (AESC) and our Workers’ Comp Insurance provider, Texas Mutual Insurance Company. We attribute this to our multifaceted Safety Program and the personnel adapting to our above standard hiring criteria, mentoring programs, training requirements, team safety performance programs and accountability protocols.
We offer the latest technology in equipment. Our workover rig fleet offers the latest in safety and efficient operating controls including crown and floor savers, integral BOP controls, OSHA approved walkways and hand rail systems, OSHA approved crew anti-fall devices and efficient operator-friendly controls.
All of our Field Supervisors are equipped with notebook computers and printer in the field — we can receive, create and deliver our JSAs, inspections, reports, and well bore diagrams from the location. Our goal is to give our customers the information they need when they need it.
All of our equipment is maintained and serviced to deliver reliable and efficient service to our customers at their job locations. Time is money, and we understand that equipment needs to perform when needed without any problems. Our goal is to keep downtime to zero on every job.
